Of course, we don't always recommend that you apply all updates. We publish our baseline on a quarterly basis with a list of all the latest patches we recommend. Watch our blog for updates to our quarterly baseline. Our current baseline for 2011 Q4 can be found here, but watch our blog as we'll be releasing a new baseline soon for 2012 Q1.
